Rachel Grace and Shawn’s wedding at Goodwood Museum and Gardens in Tallahassee, Fl was one of those days that just felt intentional from beginning to end. The kind of wedding where every detail clearly meant something and nothing was done just because. It was thoughtful, personal, and effortlessly classy.
Goodwood is already such a dreamy setting with its historic charm and sweeping oak trees, but Rachel and Shawn truly made it their own. The color palette was stunning. Soft, romantic pops of pink paired with fresh greens created a look that felt timeless but still playful. It was elegant without trying too hard. Every bouquet, every table setting, every carefully chosen detail flowed together so beautifully.
Rachel Grace was radiant. Shawn looked so proud and completely present. The way they looked at each other during the ceremony said everything. It was one of those ceremonies where you could feel the sincerity in their vows and the support from everyone gathered around them.
The reception carried that same energy. Joyful, warm, and full of love. Guests lingered, laughed, and filled the dance floor as the night went on. When the music picked up, Rachel and Shawn truly danced the night away surrounded by their favorite people. It felt like the perfect reflection of who they are. Intentional but fun. Classic but full of life.
They ended the evening with a flower petal exit that was pure magic. Petals floating through the air, everyone cheering, the biggest smiles on their faces as they stepped into their next chapter together. It was such a sweet way to close out a beautiful day.
Rachel Grace and Shawn created a wedding that felt like them in every possible way. Being there to capture it was such an honor. Days like this are why I love what I do.
